First occupancy from April 2017: Spacious apartment on two floors with south facing living room and modern, open kitchen. In addition to the usual equipment, there is also a dishwasher and two coffee machines (filter coffee and tassimo) available. From this room you reach the private terrace with fenced garden area. On the gallery on the first floor is the bedroom with 1.60 m wide double bed with two separate high quality anti-stress mattresses. This is followed by a bathroom with towels and hair dryer. The whole apartment is very modern and open. Only the bathroom can be separated by means of a door. Due to this design, as well as the number of existing beds, the apartment is only suitable for 2 adults. After consultation with Mrs. Hendus also your dog is welcome.

The modern two-family house is located in a quiet residential street in the beautiful port city Neustadt in Holstein. Private fenced garden with terrace, separate patio, a private parking and a lockable bicycle shelter are included in the rental. A housebroken dog (please no puppy) is welcome, provided you call Ms Hendus before booking. The house has high-speed wireless.
