Just recently we have renovated our apartment and lovingly decorated.
Very nice and quiet location, yet central, 4 min. Walk to the nearest bus stop, 10 min. Walk to Beuggen station, 10 min. Walk to the nearest supermarket. Non smoking. No pets.
The apartment is fully furnished and offers max. two people, 65 square meters large, it consists of a bathroom with a window, a new kitchen with seating, a living room with TV and a bedroom. It also has a large patio.
bedding, towels, tea towels, dishwashing and cleaning supplies and garbage bags are included in the rent in addition to accommodation costs, Internet (wifi) with terms of use.
Public parking spaces are available at the door.
Discounts for long term renters.
Cleaning 40 €. Deposit 150 €.
You are welcome to rent the apartment for at least 3 days or for max. rent three months.
