The Non smoking Apartment "Das Boot" is located on the first floor and comprises approximately 54 sqm. They thus offers ample space for max. 4 adults + 1 infant up to 3 years in cot. The living area, bright and light-flooded by two large windows, has a corner couch with coffee table, a reading lamp and a sideboard. An LED flat screen TV, a mini stereo system with CD and DVD players, and also includes a free internet (WiFi) round off the technical area. But even without technology, you can read through the wide selection of holiday reading for young and old. The fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area includes high-end devices such as a 4 Zonenceranfeld, an oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and various kitchen utensils. The bedroom, which is also equipped with a LED flat screen, has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), adjustable bed bases, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom next to a glass shower, a toilet and a washbasin, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer. The spacious and seating in the balcony (south) with umbrella invites a glass of wine to relax. You can reach the balcony from the living room and bedroom. The rooms can be darkened by electric Rollo's. For our younger guests 1x high chair is included. For a smooth running of your holiday you have an ironing board and iron. 2 small pets are with your own roost welcome. A car parking space (The boat) is included directly on the high bank. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

The house where the apartment is located, was completed in 2007 and is located in a dead end street. It is quiet and sunny at the forested high banks in the second row to the Baltic Sea, just 200 meters from the pier and the main beach of Sellin. The bridge is the symbol of the seaside resort. From here you can boat tours plan or the Baltic explore the diving gondola. Very close to the house the vast forest area of ​​the Granitz begins with numerous hiking opportunities. The mixture of iodinated Baltic and Buchenwald air is unique and promotes especially for respiratory diseases, healing relief and strengthening the immune system. The promenade can be reached in just a few steps and offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and small shops. A playground for children, granddaughter or grandson is within easy walking distance and certainly a little adventure!
