We offer you a 2-room apartments (52 m²) with exclusive equipment. The apartment no. 32 with 1 terrace is located on the ground floor of the "Residence Bellevue" in 17454 Zinnowitz, Heimweg 11 and offers a magnificent view of the environment and the countryside.   Apartment (no. 32) for up to 2 people plus. An infant (52 m²) on the ground floor with living and dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 terrace.

Guests enjoy free access to a broadband Internet access via LAN / WLAN. A corresponding LAN connector cable / network cable is brought by the tenant. This is a voluntary additional service on our part, so no services mentioned in the legal sense travel property of the apartment. Rent reduction can not be invoked, therefore in case of failure of the system or parts thereof, or a router.


The host is a partner of the Baltic Sea spa in Heringsdorf and therefore allows guests to use the Ostseetherme the discounted price of 50% on admission valid!


Toddler equipment (travel cot + high chair) is available by appointment;

In a few minutes walk from the Baltic Sea with its beautiful sandy beach or the town center of Zinnowitz.
