We offer a spacious 2-room apartments (62 m²) with exclusive amenities. The penthouse apartment with 2 roof terraces (apartment 38) is located in the 2nd Upper floor of the residence Bellevue in 17454 Zinnowitz, Heimweg 11 and offers a magnificent view of the environment and the landscape, with forest and backwaters. In a few minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea with its beautiful sandy beach or the city center of Zinnowitz. • The apartment has been classified by the DTV (German Tourism Association) with 5 stars for an occupancy of up to 2 people. • Our guests can make free calls to the German fixed network and use a DSL Internet access via WLAN for free.  We rent apartments in Zinnowitz, Zempin, Koserow, Loddin, Bansin and Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom. With us you will find everything from the exclusive 5-star apartment to the cheap apartment. Many apartments have free telephone and DSL.

The apartment is equipped as follows and can accommodate up to 3 persons: • Living and dining room furnished with 2 sofas (sofa bed) and 1 armchair and coffee table, and a raised dining table and 4 bar stools; • The living room has a flat screen TV and music system; • Bedroom with double bed (about 180 x 200 cm) for 2 persons, wardrobe and flat screen TV. • Kitchen with dining table and chairs and furnished with a fitted kitchen incl. Stove, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, fridge and plenty of dishes; • the floors in the living room, hall and bedroom have a laminate flooring, bathroom and kitchen area have a tiled floor; • bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and towel radiator, • 2 roof terraces oriented to the southwest; • 1 car parking space for 1 car (number 38) in the basement garage of the residential complex (there is only one parking space per apartment);

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
