We are pleased to introduce them to the Finca Biniamar which is surrounded by idyllic countryside at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, ideal for families, independent travelers, hikers, cyclists, or simply for people looking for peace and relaxation, away from mass tourism.

The lovingly furnished living room has a dining area in front of the fireplace and a TV area. From here you come to the large terrace where you can spend beautiful hours at a leisurely breakfast or evening when grilling and drinking a glass of wine.

With 3 bedrooms the Finca has enough space for 6 people. All amenities such as washing machine, small dishwasher, dryer, wireless internet, satelite TV and DVD player are available. The kitchen has its own access to the garden. Here you will find a chil area with outdoor seating located in the shade of olive trees.

In summer the large pool (7,40m x 3,80m) invites to refresh. On the sun loungers under the pergola you can relax, read or deliver a match on the table tennis table.

The finca includes 3000 m2 of land with gnarled, centuries-old olive trees that are still cultivated.

The rural surroundings, the beautiful scenery of the mountains, the clear starry sky, the ringing of the bells of the sheeps in the neighborhood and the quiet and charming village of Biniamar let your mind come to rest and offer in every season an ideal place.

Within walking distance you reach a small shop with daily fresh baked goods, a few cafes and really good restaurant, if you do not want to cook for yourself.

The another village is LLoseta which is only 1km away and has regular train connections to Palma and Inca. Also you can go eat in the old quaint Celleres the nearby Inca, the second largest town on the island, which also has a lively market every Thursday

The nearest beaches are in Pollenca, Alcudia and Playa de Muro and are in about 25 minutes to reach by car. They are among the most beautiful beaches of the island.

The property is the ideal place to relax. Here are hiking trails through the Tramuntana mountains and attractive cycling routes lead directly to the finca by over mountain villages and the coast.

You are here on the edge of the wine country around Binissalem and Santa Maria with many large and small wineries that also offer wine tasting and tours.

Various excursions and attractions such as the monastery Lluch, the Castell d'Alaró, the caves of Campanet and many outlet stores are located nearby. Bars, restaurants are in 'walking distance. In winter there is an indoor swimming pool in Lloseta just 10 minutes from the finca.
