The quiet 40 m² - Non smoking apartment with balcony and terrace and 1 bathroom (shower / WC) can accommodate 2 to 4 people.   It features a living / dining room with terrace, which transformed into a cozy sleeping couch (1,60m x 2,00m) with an armchair, coffee table, sideboard, satellite TV, CD / radio, a kitchenette with 2-ring ceramic hob, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, and a dining table is equipped with 4 chairs.   The bedroom with balcony is equipped with a double bed (1,60m x 2,00m), wardrobe, a sideboard, a chair, satellite TV and CD / radio. A travel cot can be provided.   The apartment has a small entrance area (hall) of the living or Sleeping area separates. The bathroom has a shower toilet. All rooms are equipped with stone tiles. The balcony has seating.
