Only with cat care of 2 lovely cats to rent during my absence. For a very favorable price for accommodation. The apartment with 80sqm is located in a very quiet family home. Directly on the open field you can enjoy the vision. Nevertheless, the central location offers best shopping nearby.
The apartment over 2 floors is very cozy and comfortable, with a south / east terrace and a south / west facing balcony, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, free parking directly at the house, Fahrradunterstellpaltz available.

The bedroom on the first floor is equipped with a large double bed 2,00m / 1,80m and there is a fold-out sofa 2,00m / 1,60m for up to 2 persons. Additional costs for each person over 2 p. P. 10.- € night (to the landlord). Likewise can be stayed on the living room sofa.

Babies sleeping in their own bed are free of charge and therefore do not need to be registered as an additional person. For toddlers who like sofa, walls u. Other painted on the inventory is the apartment (also because of subsequent guests) not suitable. I ask for your understanding for that.

Uhldingen on Lake Constance is famous for the unique lake dwelling village in the lake (World Heritage Site), as well as the boat mooring u. a directly to the island of Mainau and the free natural beach, reptile house u. u.u.

The property is situated on large, eastern part of Lake Constance, known as the Upper Lake. The Bodensee generally has a very good water quality, and in the summer there is a nice place for swimming and bathing, sailing, cycling, etc. Thanks to its size and the "foehn" from the Alps of Upper Lake is also a hotspot for surfers, especially in spring and autumn.
There are several ferry services on Lake Constance. They offer a good and restful connection between cities with fantastic views. It is easily reached the scenic town of Konstanz, to the island of Lindau and the Old Town, or the famous "flower island" Mainau with its parks full of flowers.

Due to the quiet on all sides sunny location and the lake, the apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
