Floor of "Residence Bellevue" in 17454 Zinnowitz, home 7, offering a magnificent view of the environment and the landscape, with forests and backwaters.   Penthouse apartment (No. 6) for up to 2 persons plus a small child (about 62 m²) in the attic with living and dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 roof terraces;

Guests can make use of free high-speed Internet access via LAN / WLAN. A corresponding LAN connector cable / network cable is brought by the tenant. This is a voluntary additional service on our part, so no services mentioned in the legal sense travel property of the apartment. Rent reduction can not be invoked, therefore in case of failure of the system or parts thereof, or a router.


Infants equipment (travel cot and highchair) is available to pre-order;


Children's playground in the grounds of the condominium;


Only 1 parking space for 1 car in the garage of the residence (no. 6);


Within the apartment smoking is not permitted;

In a few minutes walk from the Baltic Sea with its beautiful sandy beach or the town center of Zinnowitz.
