The floor to ceiling windows lead to the spacious terrace (approx 11m²) with an incomparable view of the Baltic. The dining table with 4 chairs is integrated in the living area. The sofa bed offers a continuous lying area of 180 x 200 cm. Latest News there is SAT TV or radio. The floor is allergy friendly with underfloor heating and design flooring created. Kitchen: The open kitchen integrates seamlessly into the living area. Here guests will find everything they need. Dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and ample crockery, utensils and cutlery. Bathroom: The friendly bathroom is functional. A great shower and plenty of storage space for personal items. A hair dryer is naturally present. Bedroom: A double bed with two cold foam mattresses (80 x 200 cm) will let you rest. A large wardrobe provides space for your belongings. A small cleaning (vacuum cleaner and wiper) in between for your well being here has also found its place. Two bedside directly to the bed allow you even a cuddly evening with a nice book. Shading by electric shutters are included. Roof Terrace: The large with approximately 11 m² semi-covered terrace with a charming view of the Baltic Sea was covered with Bangkirai. A seating area consisting of a table with 4 chairs makes for a nice vacation. The terrace is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Parking space: your car is on the pitch to the apartment behind the house where the mailboxes and one of the elevators are. If you bring your own bikes, you can put them in the shared bicycle room. The parking lot and the apartment are available on the day of arrival only from 16:00 clock for the guests! Please remember to bring bed linen and towels!
