Our modern and exclusively equipped 65sqm apartment for 2 to 4 people is located on the ground floor and has 2 large balconies.
All rooms are flooded with light through the large windows and the respective rooms.

Very quiet but central residential area!

In our kitchen you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, mixer, dishes, cutlery, children's cutlery, pans, pots, salad bowls, casserole dish, coffee, tea, spices ...).

In the living room there is 1 balcony with 1 table and 4 chairs. It is equipped with 2 modern leather sofas. The large sofa can be transformed into a cozy bed by simply pulling it out. You can eat comfortably at the living room table by adjusting the height (there is a lever to turn on the left side). Furthermore, the living room has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, radio / CD player and board games.

The 2 balcony is on the very spacious bedroom. There you will also find a large table and 4 chairs. There is also a 2 flat screen TV. In the large bedroom closet there is 1 travel cot for small children. Your beds are freshly made on arrival!

The city of Winterberg charges a spa tax of € 2.50 p. P.T., also called tourist tax. We are obliged to collect the spa contribution from the holiday guest and then transfer it to the Touristik - GmbH. This amount is due on the day of arrival at the latest. With this card you get discounts in many amusement parks, museums, sports facilities, ski areas, water parks.
