You only need a few minutes' walk to the city harbor and the Jasmund National Park with its majestic chalk coast - a delightful attraction and always worth a visit. There is an elevator in the house. A parking space is available in the parking garage, which is a 10-minute walk away.

The 3-room apartment 309 is located on the 3rd Floor with a wonderful lake view and a view of the historic city center of Sassnitz • The kitchen is equipped with an integrated kitchenette with a 2-ring hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. • The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV. • The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a trundle bed. • The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. One large and one small towel are available for each person. • 1x laundry package per person (bed linen, shower towel, small towel) is provided and is included in the total. • There is a cot with an additional mattress and a high chair in the apartment. • You can have breakfast in the adjacent restaurants and cafes.

Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departure from 00:00 to 10:00.
