The beautiful sandy beach with the famous pier of Sellin is only 200 m away. The nearby shops guarantee optimal self-supply. Despite its central location, the neighboring forests and Lake Sellin are within easy walking distance.

The friendly and bright, about 45 m² large 2-room apartment (non-smoking) offers space for 2 to 3 people and is located on the first floor, which can be easily reached by elevator from the underground car park.
