This spectacular 3 bedroom vacation villa is located in the heart of the Costa Tropical with crystal clear beaches. Here you will find Almuñécar - a place with a unique microclimate that lives up to the name of the tropical coast.

The bright and modern villa offers a luxurious atmosphere. On the first floor there is a very comfortable lounge and a large open kitchen, where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the company of your friends or spend the evening with the family. On this floor, two bedrooms with a pull-out bed and a bathroom complete the stay.

On the second floor there is a bedroom with another large bathroom. This room has access to a sun terrace where you can enjoy the sun. On request, another person can be added.

The proximity to cities such as Granada, at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, at 78 km and the city of Málaga, at 75 km, makes this impressive villa a very attractive base for excursions. In the dreamlike landscape, rich in impressive natural scenery, you will find waterfalls and rivers running through the deep gorges.

You can enjoy this beauty as soon as you enter the villa, which is located in an elevated position, and deepen the view from the covered terrace. This is the ideal place for a good conversation with friends or a cup of coffee in the afternoon.
