It comprises a combined living room / bedroom with a kitchen open to the living room / bedroom and a separate bathroom.

The living room / bedroom and the bathroom were completely renovated in 2016. The bathroom has a window and daylight. The window of the living room / bedroom has 2 sliding blinds and an additional roller shutter.
The bed system and the one-piece mattress were bought new in 2017. The lying area is 2mx1.40m.
