It comprises of two accommodation units connected by external stairs. One unit is on the ground floor, while the second one stretches through the first and second floor. This house offers enough space for up to 8+2 persons, having four bedrooms. With a modern open floor plan, the living room and dining room share a space, have access to a balcony with a sea view. The living room also includes a satellite TV. From the spacious terrace and pool (32m2) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar. The nearest supermarket is 800m from the house, and the nearest restaurant is just 100m away. The beautiful pebbly beaches of Makarska are located 2.5 km away.
