Our family-run house is centrally located directly on the Scharbeutzer park in a quiet cul de sac. The beach and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes. Mini golf, tennis courts, bike rental, playgrounds and bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. Bus and train are in 5-10 min. within walking distance.

2-room apartment, 45m², half basement:
Our cozy and bright apartment for up to 3 people is located in the semi-basement with direct access to the garden and terrace. On 45 m² is a separate bedroom with double and additional single bed. The living room consists of an open living / dining area with well equipped kitchen and sofa bed. There is a shower room with WC and a garden with barbecue area and covered terrace.  The parking lot for cars and bicycles, the bed linen and towels as well as travel cot and high chair are free of charge. Likewise W-LAN is offered free of charge.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.
