The apartment has 3 double bedrooms for 6 persons, 2 bathrooms (1x with shower and 1x with shower and bath), an open kitchen, 1 large living / dining area with attached 11 m² large roof terrace. The total area is 119 m². The apartment is very bright and all rooms including the bathrooms have large windows. The windows of the bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains or blackout pleats. The state-of-the-art kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers all the necessary electrical aids, such as 80 cm induction field, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with TK compartment, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine etc.
