It is located in the second row only 50m from the beautiful Binz bathing beach and approx. 300m from the city center. The Villa Concordia, a listed building, was completely renovated and lovingly restored in 1997/98 and now offers a stylish ambience. Equipment and comfort leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove with ceramic hob and convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment. The living area has an electric fireplace, a color TV with cable termination, a BlueRay player and a music system with CD player. Free calls to the German landline and free internet access are included. The apartment also has a spacious bathroom with a changing table. Dryer and washing machine are available in the basement of the Concordia house. The large south-facing balcony with lake view invites you to sunbathe on the many sunny days. from the extensive forest areas of the Schmalen Heide and the Granitz, the place nestles in the west on the reed fringed shore of the Schmachter See, while it faces the Baltic Sea in the east.
