The Casa Baltica is located at the end of a low-traffic residential street near the beach.
The Thatched Cottage is furnished with the exception of the kitchen with real wood furniture in the country house style.
The character of the house is underlined by the partly maritime style of the furnishings and various accessories.
It aims to provide its guests with an atmosphere of comfort where they will find peace and relaxation.

In the wooden garage opposite the front door are three bicycles for adults, two children's bicycles and various children's vehicles. These are free of charge, but at your own risk, usable.
The apartment's own wagon is ideal for stand trips (sand toys are available).
For the younger guests, the children's stilt house "Little Baltica" with a slide offers a playable game option.
Parking space no. 1 is free of charge.
