Apartment

You can expect a modern apartment on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom, and a penthouse kitchen with a hallway. Located in Ribnitz-Damgarten with a view of the Bodden, 100 meters from the Bodden-Therme.

The apartment is designed for 4 people, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. There is also a bed-like sofa bed in the living room.

Both bedrooms are on the first floor, which can be reached via a wooden staircase. Bed linen and towels are included with us.

Behind the house there is a terrace and a beautiful garden with apple and plum trees that invite you to sunbathe and grill. In the shed there are 2 simple bicycles and a grill ready for use. The garden is completely fenced and with the main gate closed z. B. suitable for free walking around a dog.

The house, which was completely renovated in 2013, is located on a conveniently located road leading to Fischland-Darß, with a view of the Bodden, 100 meters from the Bodden-Therme. The market place, harbor and shopping facilities can be easily reached with a walk along the water at a distance of 1 km. The Bodden Center (supermarkets, drugstore, hardware store, etc.) is 500m away.

Access for guests is via the back door, which leads directly to the terrace in the garden. From there you get to the separate staircase to which the complete 1st Floor connects.

Flexible check-in / -out by arrangement.

The price per night is independent of the number of guests (1-4 people).

There is a bus stop a few meters in front of the door. Ribnitz-Damgarten train station is 1.7 km away and can be reached by bus or on foot.

Pet are allowed. In this case we charge an additional cleaning fee of EUR 20.

Please only smoke on the terrace or in the garden.

IMPORTANT: From January 1st, 2018 a tourist tax will be charged in Ribnitz-Damgarten, which we are obliged to collect. In the high season (1st May to 30 September) 1.50 euros (reduced 1.15 euros) per day and person, in the low season 1.20 euros (reduced 0.85 euros) and comes on top of the total price.
