This beautiful and spacious holiday home for 11 people is located in the small village of Spinii, near the town of Kastav, above Rijeka.



The living space is spread over three floors, with the garage on the ground floor and one apartment on the first and one on the second floor. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms. The minimum ceiling height in the attic is approx. 120 cm.



On the spacious natural plot there is a pool, a children's swing and slide as well as a leisure room with billiards, table football and tennis. Of course there is also a barbecue and 5 parking spaces.



Various events take place in the town of Kastav during the summer months, such as the Blues Festival, open-air cinema and the Kastav Summer Festival. You can also visit the Opatija Riviera, which has a beautiful promenade and beaches. You can watch various free TV channels and sports broadcasts via IPTV.
