Apartment

The comfortable 100m2 apartment with sea view, has a total of three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and one with a bunk bed as a nursery. A parking space is right at the house.

The beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Shops on site are a small Konzum and a bakery, everything in the direction of the beach and only 5 minutes to reach.

The port in Split, called Riva is 10 km from the apartment. In the city of Split there are many shopping possibilities (eg. City Center One,) and especially the Konzum in Split is open 24 hours.

The airport is about 25 km from the apartment.

The living and dining area with large open kitchen invites you to feast and relax. In the living room is the only air conditioning.

The bathroom has a toilet, washing machine, double sink and a large whirlpool.

The large balcony with all day sun is to be entered from both bedrooms and the living room, the view of the sea and the island of Brac invites you to relax in the evening.

The children's room has its own balcony facing south-east and the dining room has a small private balcony with gas grill towards south-west.
