Apartment

Our apartment is located on the northern edge of the beautiful Bergisches Land in Velbert / Tönisheide.

In a rural location, hiking trails and the newly created panoramic bike path are in the immediate vicinity. And yet you can reach the cities of Wuppertal, Essen, Düsseldorf, Bochum, Dortmund and Cologne in 20 to 40 minutes by car.
A good starting point for exploring the Ruhr area and its surroundings, visiting trade fairs, visiting musicals, etc.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, about 80 square meters and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony (smoking is allowed there).
A parking space in front of the house is one of them.

Location:
The apartment is located in Velbert, Neviges / Tönisheide on the outskirts.
Between the cities of Wuppertal and Essen.
Shops (Aldi, Netto, bakeries, butchers, etc.), doctors, cleaning
and restaurants are in the center of Tönisheide (approx. 1 km).
There is also a connection to local public transport (VRR).
