S. Maria di Castellabate is a southern Italian village. The little village is known for its wonderful beaches, the promenade with lots of shopping possibilities, various restaurants and tipical building.
Not far from the building you'll find the little medieval town of Castellabate.
The apartment is located in Pompeii and the Amalfi coast.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Located on a small hill on the Thirrenian coast, within walking distance of the medieval
Bergdorf CASTELLABATE, which is known, inter alia, from the movie 'Benvenuti al Sud'.
The apartment is located in the Natural Park of CILENTO in CAMPANIA and offers from there a far reaching view over the sea, the Amalfi Coast, Capri & Ischia.

The apartments have all been renovated in June 2015 and each have their own terraces,
from where you can enjoy the fantastic sea view and the mountains on the other side in a quiet location.

THE VILLAGE CASTELLABATE
Located a few minutes walk from the CASA ALTA, high on the top of the mountain and impresses with its medieval CHARM as well as the narrow streets (VIUZZE), stairways and il Castello (CASTLE). It also offers great views of the small fishing village S. Maria, which lies between Punta Licosa (Peninsula) and Punta Tresino. From S. Maria go on both sides miles of sandy beaches, to the nearest harbor village S. Marco, from.
In summer, a ship connects S. Marco with the famous islands of Capri, Ischia and Salerno & Napoli.

Only 15 km north of CASTELLABATE is Paestum, a village from the MAGNA GRAECIA period, with its three Greek temples & numerous excavations as well as the ruins of Velia (ELEA). Even the famous sights of Pompei can be reached in a short time (near Naples).

S. Cilento, region Campania, consecrated by the bell and a corso with a grande varietà di negoci e ristoranti (vedi film: Benvenuti al Sud). Non lontano dall'appartamento si trova il paese mediovale di Castellabate.
L'appartamento è perfetto per fare delle escursioni giornaliere a Capri, Ischia, Costiera Amalfitana, ecc.
