Apartment

The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa built in 1903 on the 1st OG.
It was completely renovated and is from 1. June 2016 as a holiday apartment with approx. 92 m² for
1 - 5 people available.
Furthermore, the apartment is located directly on the bike path (Lake Constance-Königsee-Radweg) in a very quiet, central location with a beautiful view of the mountains "Hochstaufen, Zwiesel and Teisenberg".
An ideal starting point for the surrounding bathing lakes, for hikes, for cycling and mountain tours as well as for one or two excursions to Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall or the Königsee.
In the immediate vicinity of our house there are several restaurants, shops and a bus stop. Everything can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. We also offer a covered parking space and storage options for bicycles directly at the house.

A spacious, fully furnished apartment with a kitchen with dining area, a living room, two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which is still equipped with a single bed,
in addition two balconies (east and south) as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet,

Pets unfortunately not allowed!
Furthermore, we would like to point out that we only rent our holiday apartment to holidaymakers / holiday guests (no fitters)!
