The new summer and winter residence is very close to the wood in a very idyllic nature. Let yourself be inspired by the swoosh of the trees and the buzzing of the bees (own apiary). By sunset you can see the game animals (deer) running and grase close to your door. The property is very large and particularly suitable for kids to have their fun.



Distance from highway, ski-lift and swimming pool: The residence is just 7 km far away from the Highway “A12” called “Inntalautobahn”. The next reachable ski-lift is 2,5 km and a very large and nice swimming pool and a sauna are 2 km away.

Area: Recreative, very quiet area: the residence is on its own and the next house is 200 m away. Nearby the residence is an own wood.
