The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. In about 300 meters you can reach one of the most beautiful beach sections in Scharbeutz and the newly designed dune mile (pedestrian zone) with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops.

3 rooms with separate sleeping areas, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The apartment is decorated in a maisonette style. In the lower area there is the spacious living room with the open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the south-facing balcony with seating. The bathroom has a comfort shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available to guests free of charge in the apartment. A staircase leads to the second level, each with two separate bedrooms. Two comfortable single beds and a flat-screen TV can be found in the first bedroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Underfloor heating ensures additional comfort.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 large LED TV with cable connection in the living room invites to exciting movie evenings. 1 further LED TV is in the upper sleeping area. W-Lan access and a stereo system with radio / CD function are also part of the entertainment.
