The detached holiday home, built in 1930 and renovated in 2010, is furnished in a rustic, functional, and typical local style. The property is located on a farm. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Radicofani, 590 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 10,000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The house is situated near a provincial road with very little traffic. Access is directly from the main road (gravel or crushed stone, length 20 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) in a carport and on the property.

Central heating (gas, wood/coal). Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (6 m x 12 m 2.10 m deep). The pool is open depending on weather conditions.
