The spacious Non smoking apartment 01 is located on the ground floor of the house. With your 60 sqm it offers enough space for max. 4 adults. The floor plan is divided into 2 adjoining bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, living area and separate kitchen. The cozy living area includes a large sofa area with coffee table, reading lamp, sideboard, flat-screen TV and mini-stereo system. On cooler days a fireplace for additional warmth. Even on an internet connection (WLAN) no need to leave on vacation. This is included for you. The separate and fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils. A dining table completes this area. The larger bedroom has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), adjustable bed bases, a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.
