The apartment consists of living room with comfortable couch corner and flat road. A flat-screen TV and a radio are available. The kitchen is integrated in the living room and equipped with ceramic hob, toaster and kettle. In the bedroom has a double bed with adjustable bed bases and mattresses quality. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and toilet. The apartment is on the first Upstairs, accessible by a wide exterior staircase. On the spacious balcony you will find comfortable patio furniture and a parasol. Bed linen is included, please bring your own towels!

The house was newly built in 2003 and has two apartments of the same size for two people. An apartment is on the ground floor and has a terrace. The second apartment on the first floor is accessible via a spacious staircase and has a balcony. The apartments are modern and comfortable.
