The 2014 finished spacious, modern 2 room apartment (Non smoking) with approximately 63 square meters divided on 2 floors with internal staircase, a south facing terrace with nearly 8 square meters and a south-west balcony with nearly 4 square meters was equipped with furniture in modern style. The apartment is ideally designed for 1 to 4 persons. The living, kitchen and dining area takes place on a plane. Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed (2x 0,90m x2,00m), wardrobe and a desk. Here there is a bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. A guest toilet is also in the lower region. In all rooms underfloor care with individual room control for a comfortable climate. The large patio doors in the sleeping and living area are equipped with electric shutters and insect screens. The kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob with cooker hood, oven, refrigerator, dining table and small kitchen helpers round the equipment for self catering. In the living area in front of the terrace there is a sofa bed (extra bed for 3-4. Person), table, chair, flat screen TV, radio / CD and Blu-ray players. The terrace and the balcony are equipped with table and chairs. 1 pet is allowed. A parking space and a lockable shed for bikes belong to the apartment to. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 �� per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

The small apartment house "House Dune" (built in 2014) is located in a quiet and calm Ostseebad Thiessow. The house with a total of 7 apartments is about 150 meters away on foot to the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment with its 63m² is tastefully decorated and lovingly and runs on 2 floors (duplex). Ideally, the apartment is suitable for 2 people. 2 more people find an extra bed in the living area. A south / west terrace and balcony invite with sunshine to linger. An apartment own parking space in front of the house and a separate storage room for bicycles or beach gear. Various restaurants, a supermarket and connection to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity.
