Apartment

The apartment is located upstairs in a new holiday house which was completed in 2013. The studio is modern and tastefully decorated. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a 20sqm large roof terrace, ideal for relaxing wonderful.

The studio is kept open. In the entrance area there are the kitchen and a small dining area, as well as access to the separate bedroom, terrace and bathroom.

Due to the slope, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the islands of Brac, Solta and Hvar. A nice barbecue area is available.

The house is very quiet. The beach and the crystal clear water is only 200m away. There is no road that could make you the rest on the beach in dispute. In 1st 5km distance in Okrug Gornji is located with shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. In the immediate vicinity there is also a German-speaking diving school.

The old town of Trogir is 5km away and is easily reached by car. Also can be very good to start from the home base for day trips, eg. B to Split (35km), Krka waterfalls (62km) or the beautiful town of Primosten (40km).
