The apartment is located in a newly built in 2009 city villa with four apartments. The ground floor apartment, with a total of 75 m² living space, allows a pleasant stay. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and linger. The apartment includes a parking space and a storage room for storing bicycles. The beach is about 500 meters through the dune forest. This contract is a mediation service for the owner Jähns. Sheets, towels not included.
