The only 2016 renovated village house has 165 square meters and is very quiet in the upper part of the village Andratx. The house itself is certainly some centuries old, the Mallorcan details have been obtained in the restoration. Before the house there are several small patios, ideal for breakfast or for afternoon coffee. The ground floor boasts a spacious, open architecture: different sitting areas, a fireplace and an open kitchen with adjoining dining room. Not to mention a great shower. The first floor features 2 bedrooms, walk-in closet and a huge bathroom with shower and bath.
