The feel-good home is equipped as follows: • 1 open living area with comfortable sitting and dining area and fireplace • 1 fully equipped, open kitchen • 1 bedroom with double bed (1.40 m) • 1 bedroom with double bed (1.60 m) • 1 Bedroom with two single beds (each 90 cm), TV, radio and game console in the room (perfect for children) • 1 shower-bath with WC • 1 hallway with cloakroom • 2 balcony terraces with garden chairs and sun loungers, barbecue • 1 parking space in front of the House • Bed linen and towels can be optionally booked for a fee • Please note: The deposit is 100 € per booking and will be transferred in advance together with the rent to the landlord directly. Repayment is made promptly after verification of the inventory by remittance. Electricity 0.40 ct / kwh (please read electricity locally and deposit the amount). Local tax will be paid locally when keys are handed over: from 01 April to 31 October.  

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
