The residence Bellevue is located between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser in a unique beautiful location. It consists of eight sophisticated homes on a park-like grounds of 7 000 square meters. Each apartment has 1 free parking space in the underground garage. Each apartment has a terrace or a balcony or loggia. The top floor apartments have a beautiful view of the backwaters. there are only a few minutes by a beautiful beech forest, which reaches up to the beach to the Baltic Sea beach. In the residence Bellevue we rent 14 beautiful, tasteful apartments. On the island of Usedom, which is known for its long, sandy beaches, you will find at the husband and wife Singer your holiday home for the perfect rest. On the 40 km long white sandy beach, the beach resorts are like pearls on a string. Hikers can go hiking on the beach. The adjacent forests, meadows and fields invite you to explore nature. In general, the 445 sq km long, elongated island Usedom offers a charming nature and something for every taste. The island is dotted with small and larger lakes and the Peenestrom with its rugged outcrops of the Achterwassers separated from the mainland. There are also sports facilities for every taste: water sports, boat and bicycle rental, tennis courts and in the cold and warm season, the seawater swimming pool in Zinnowitz and the Baltic Sea spa in Ahlbeck. The ground floor apartment has a terrace facing south; with 4 patio chairs, table and umbrella. The apartment is bright and friendly and has cable TV and radio. A well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full crockery, kitchen appliances, coffee machine, kettle and toaster are provided.  Bedroom with double bed for 2 persons; Living room with sofa bed for 2 persons; Cot can be rented.
