The newly built apartment is located on the ground floor, living room with TV, radio, DVD player and fully equipped kitchen with dining area (oven, ceramic hob, XXL fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), 2 separate bedrooms each with a double bed , Bathroom with shower bath, south-facing terrace with sunbeds and dining table, exactly 1 car parking at the house, linen and utilities (electricity, water) included in the price. Please bring your towels. Bike rental FREE until May (June, July and August: 3 EUR / day and bicycle): Loan on demand and if bicycles are available and after registration on arrival.
