The modern spacious 3 room apartment is located in the 2nd OG. (85 m²). It has two separate bedrooms. The first Bedroom has a double bed. In the second Bedrooms are twin beds. The living room has a sofa bed. Extra beds are available on request. Additional facilities include a complete kitchenette (with dishwasher, Cerankochfeldherd, oven and microwave) and satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Initial bed linen and towels are included. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed in this apartment for a fee of 50 €.

After loving restoration, which was completed in April 1999, we offer a relaxing stay in the house Lucie. The parking is located directly on the property. The Haus Lucie is located in the heart of Heringsdorf. In 3 minutes walk from the Baltic Sea beach, the rose garden, the Bandshell, restaurants, cafes and grocery shops. A bakery is located on the ground floor. Also, a seafood restaurant located on the ground floor. The station is about 600 meters away. Pets are allowed only after telephone consultation and a fee of 50 Euro. A cot can be provided on request.

Arrivals are possible from 17:00 to 20:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
