The guesthouse on the Aa valley is located in the countryside rural peat bog in southern Emsland, in an absolute secluded location above the Aa valley on the edge of a forest (with a biotope), which together with the beautiful large garden offers plenty of space to play, run around and explore. And if you need rest and relaxation from everyday life, you will find it here - in nature! On 140 m² of living space can accommodate up to 11 people on two levels. Pets are welcome. The house has Wi-Fi.   A varied, tourist offer leaves no boredom. The ball fans have at their disposal two extraordinary attractions: Football Golf Emsland in Heitel and SwinGolf Mehringer Heide in Emsb������ren-Mehringen.   In bad weather, the Emsflower (nursery with adventure park) in Emsbüren invites numerous attractions under roof. A show garden adventure park with a restaurant, an indoor playground for the little ones and a butterfly garden bring back the sun.   The region's cycling enthusiast asks for a well-developed cycle path network with many premium bike paths. Even the joggers and hikers will find quiet, natural fields and forest trails.   Even the water sports enthusiast has much to ask for in southern Emsland with the natural Ems and the Dortmund Ems Canal. Canoeing, swimming, splashing: everything is possible. The numerous fun pools in the region ask even in bad weather enough alternatives.   Numerous farm cafés with local cuisine and modern restaurants complete the offer in the area.

And if you need rest and relaxation from everyday life, you will find it here - in nature! SIZE 140 square meters of living space can accommodate up to 11 people on two levels.   DISTRIBUTION OF ROOMSIn the basement there is a living room, kitchen, HSW room, guest toilet, a separate twin bedroom with bathroom and toilet.   Upstairs is a twin, a triple, a quadruple, a shower / toilet with washer and dryer.   OUTDOOR No houses in the immediate vicinity. Very quiet and close to nature. A covered terrace with a separate sitting area are ready for use, a large, beautiful garden adjacent to a forest with biotope. A garden trampoline invites you to rave! In the adjoining building there is a game room with mini-football and various outdoor toys. A charcoal grill is also part of the home equipment. A campfire site lets tent camp romantic spread. If you do not want to let your car wet, put it under the carport.   ROOM EQUIPMENT There are no carpets throughout the house.   KitchenHere you have everything you need for cooking, baking and feasting. The kitchen has an oven, electric cooker (ceramic hob), two refrigerators with freezers, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, children's cutlery, children's dishes etc .. The equipment also included cleaning products, dry towels, Spülmaschinentabs, baking paper. Children's high chairs can be provided on request. From the kitchen a door leads directly to the outside on the terrace.   Bathroom The house has two bathrooms with shower or Shower / bath and toilet. A separate guest toilet is located in the basement. Guests are also provided with a washing machine and a dryer. These allow a long stay, without having to take too many clothes. All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer. The facilities also included Zahnputzbecher, small towels, bath mats. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.   Living roomThe large living room with access to the covered terrace is well equipped. A flat screen TV, digital satellite TV with DVD player make rainy days forget. Board games and a small library of books and DVDs are also included. A large dining table can accommodate up to 11 people. The stove spreads cozy warmth in the cold days. Firewood can be ordered from us for a small fee.   BedroomsAll bedrooms are equipped with single beds measuring 100 cm x 200 cm. In each bedroom there is a wardrobe, storage space, reading lamp and a mirror.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
