The Non smoking apartment no. 550 (Penthouse) is located in the 3. Floor (attic storey). It is about 57 square meters bright and spacious and offers space for 2 to 4 people and 1 toddler up to 3 years in cot. In the apartment you will find a combined living / kitchen and dining area. The integrated, modern kitchen has a built-in microwave with grill function, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and other practical helpers that leave no culinary wishes unfulfilled. The dining area completes this area. The adjoining living area is tastefully decorated with solid wood furniture, a floor lamp, coffee table and a comfortable sofa bed. This can be converted in a few steps to sleep (1.60 m x 2.00 m) for 2 more people. Rounding out the living area with a Blu-Ray player, a small hi-fi compact system (with USB port) and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy a small book selection and some board games. You do not have to do without an Internet connection (W-LAN) on holiday. This is included for you. The chaired balcony, east facing, also has a parasol. The balcony is accessible from the living area. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), bedside tables and wardrobe. Blackout curtains protect the apartment from outside eyes. The tiled bathroom has a bath with shower enclosure, washing area, toilet and hair dryer. In the apartment you will find a vacuum cleaner and a clothes dryer for the balcony. A private parking space (number 116) is located in the underground car park (entrance height 1.80 m) of the house. Pets are not allowed.  The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Use the Bäderbahn as a shuttle to the two beaches. The Seepark offers a varied and relaxing stay in every season. Next door is the year-round open water park "Ahoi!"With water attractions as well as sauna and wellness offers. Restaurants, shops and the stops of the narrow-gauge railway "Rasender Roland", the city buses and the bath train (with spa card for free) are located in the complex. For example, you can go directly to Sassnitz, Binz or Göhren for afternoon strolls or you can opt for a round trip and cruise towards "Cape Arkona" to the legendary chalk coast and the spectacular "Königsstuhl".
