You live in a 72 m² large 4-room apartment, located on the first floor and extends over two floors. The living room is furnished with a sitting area, TV, radio, dining area and West balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and microwave. A bedroom with double bed and east balcony and a bedroom with a pull on 1.60m bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet are also on this floor. In the open. 3 Bedroom upstairs, which is equipped with a double bed, is reached by a space-saving staircase. Per person you have a laundry package in initial available. Final cleaning included! AN OASIS IN THE GREEN IN A QUIET CENTRAL LOCATION The complex "Wohnpark an der Mühle" in the Cubanzestrasse was built in 1996. The apartments can be reached in the individual houses via external wooden stairs. These and many other wooden elements give the "Wohnpark an der Mühle" complex its own style. Each apartment has a spacious terrace or balcony, sometimes two, which invite you to relax.  In this extensive complex there is also a barbecue area, a gazebo and some games for children. Our guests have a washing machine and a tumble dryer available for a fee in a separate washhouse. Each apartment has a car parking lot, partly as a carport parking space.
