Shared facilities: room with table tennis, bicycle room, washing machine and dryer for a fee.   Sheets and towels can be booked as an additional service (towel per week / person: 1 bath mat, 1 bath towel, 2 bath towels, 1 small hands towel, 2 tea towels, cleaning).

Easy walking distance you reach the bakery, supermarket, pedestrian area, wave pool and main beach. Thus, an evening stroll in the Alleestraße (pedestrian) is no obstacle.
