You live in a 2017 newly renovated 1-room apartment "Peter" (about 18m ²) for one person. The cozy single apartment is located at ground level in a bungalow cultivation in the garden. A bright living room / bedroom with an armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV, stereo, spacious mirror cabinet and a cozy single bed (90x200cm) is the focal point of the apartment. The separate pantry kitchenette in the entrance area is equipped with, 2-plate hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and utensils for daily use. The laundry initial equipment with bed linen and towels is already included in the rent. The service of the house includes: a free towel change after 7 nights. A bright, modern bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer and exterior windows. In the beautifully landscaped garden for shared use invites you to linger your own, furnished seating area with Sylter beach chair.  You can also use a bicycle storage facility on the property. A free parking space is available directly at the property.   With regard to subsequent guests, smoking is not allowed in this property. Pets are not allowed!
