The cozy 1-room apartment "Susanne" (about 26m ²) for 1-2 persons is located in a ground-level bungalow cultivation in the garden. A bright living / sleeping room with sofa, flat screen TV, stereo, dining area and double Murphy bed (beds individually foldable 0.90x2m) is the focal point of the apartment. The separate kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and utensils for daily use. The beds are made for you. The laundry initial equipment with bed linen and towels is already included in the rent. The service of the house includes: a free towel change after 7 nights. A bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, hairdryer and outside window This apartment has its own furnished seating area. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning on the east side of the apartment or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening in front of the entrance of the apartment. A Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit can be shared on the property. A free parking space is available directly at the property.   With regard to subsequent guests, smoking is not allowed in this property. Pets are not allowed here!
