The 3 DTV Sterne excellent 2-room apartment (38m ²) is located in the 2. Floor of the 3-storey apartment block. A living room with sofa (sofa bed), LCD TV, stereo, telephone and dining area is the focal point of the apartment. A kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and utensils for daily needs are a matter of course. A bedroom with high-quality box spring (180x200) and open foot invite you to a good night's sleep. In addition, the cozy bedroom is equipped with bedside tables, reading lamps, flat-screen TV and wardrobe.  The beds are made for you. A bright bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, towel warmer. Towels are ready for you. On the furnished balcony you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. In the basement there is a laundry and drying room. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle room in the basement of the building. A free parking space is available on the property. Due to the following guests smoking is not allowed in this property. Our apartment is located in an apartment complex in the south of Westerland between Tinnumer meadows and the Südwäldchen, the Traverse on your way to the dunes and beach in 5 minutes. The city center is within walking distance about 15 minutes. On the way there is also the Sylt aquarium. Public transport can be reached from the condominium in 2 minutes. Free Wi-Fi use possible.
