Welcome to our beach house in the beautiful Baabe on Rügen! Our 70 square meter stand-alone Swedish style house (non-smoking, 2 to 6 adults + 1 infant up to 3 years in cot) is located close to the beach, directly in the dune forest of Baabe. The wooden house is comfortably furnished with lots of light wood and at the same time modern, comfortable and fully equipped. This number includes both the modern comfort kitchen with ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cleaning supplies and more and the comfort of a heated floor, the LCD TV in HD quality, satellite connection for high program diversity and a DVD player with radio. A comfortable large living area and fireplace with window completes our means. And so you can enjoy your holiday relaxed with us, all costs for electricity, water and heating and Wi-Fi is already included in the price! The in-house sauna and relaxation area can be found in the basement of the house. The house has four bedrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms are equipped with double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) and wardrobe and provide enough space for 1 additional travel cot (included). The third and fourth bedrooms each have a single bed (each 0.80 m x 2.00 m) - well suited for singles or children. On the ground floor and upstairs there is a daylight bathroom with a large mirror, toilet, shower and hairdryer. On living / dining area to the covered terrace (South / West) connects with table, chairs and barbecue. From here you look directly at the dune forest and relax with the utmost privacy. A laundry room with washer and dryer is at your disposal (for a fee). Parking close to the beach house. Do you have a pet that you want to bring? Gladly this is possible at an additional cost. Are you on the spot, so we have for more additional services (for a fee) directly in the Dunes Park. In our own bakery you get daily fresh during the season: rolls, groceries, daily newspapers, breakfast, coffee & cake and more (closing times always from 07. 01. - 1 week before Easter). The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 12,00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. We are looking forward to your visit!

Our beach houses are located in a green forest idyll in Baaber Duenenpark directly on Baabe fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. From your front door you will be just a few feet right in the sand on the dune across to the beach. We offer right on the beach a wonderful holiday in one of our cozy and comfortably furnished large beach house with 70m² (up to 6 persons), three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fireplace, (underfloor) heating and sauna at the nearby spa on request ensure even in winter for comfort. All kinds of shops and several shops are located within 1.5 km. In season Baabe supermarkets are open on Sunday. In the tax is the use of our "Lütt Bahn" contain (stops nearby), allowing you to free travel within Baabe. The nature around our beach houses invites you to walks and cycling trips. By bicycle, car and partly on our nostalgic "Orlando Furioso" can be reached Ruegen attractions such. B. Kap Arkona, the chalk cliffs, the Königstuhl, the hunting lodge Granitz. Also for your children is taken care of, eg. As with the Selliner water park, the pirate island in Putbus, the Rügen Park or Charles Erdbeerhof ... and especially with the beach and dune forest right on your doorstep! In the backshop directly in the dune park (about 200m away) you get in the season daily: fresh rolls, food, daily newspapers, breakfast, coffee & cake and more (closing times always from 07. 01. - 1 week before Easter).
