The 55sqm large comfortable and fully equipped 3-room apartment in a quiet location (non-smoking, 3 adults, 1 child up to 17 years) is located on the ground floor with a bathroom-style covered patio area (south side) and surrounding green area. Garden table, garden chairs and 2 sun loungers complete your outdoor area. Barbecuing is allowed on your terrace. Bushes and a privacy screen to the neighboring apartment preserves your privacy. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms. The living area is furnished in Rügen style with a cozy corner sofa set, wicker chairs, table, sideboard and LCD satellite TV in HD quality and CD player with radio. Your dining area with large table and four chairs is located directly between the terrace and the open but separate cooking area, which is fully equipped with 4 hotplates, refrigerator with *** freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. , The large bedroom has a double bed (2x90x200cm) in a comfortable bed height with high quality mattresses in hotel quality and each with its own bedside table with lamp.
