The cozy and comfortable 3-room-Non smoking apartment with approx 55sqm living space is located on the ground floor and offers enough space for 2 adults. + 2 children up to 17 years and 1 infant to 3 years in cot. The Rügener in style comfortably furnished apartment has a spacious living area with access to the partially covered terrace. The small but fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4 hotplates, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils leave nothing to be desired and adjacent to the living area. In the living dining area offers a dining table with 4 chairs, a comfortable couch corner with a sideboard and an LCD satellite TV in HD quality for a high diversity of programs, CD and DVD player and a radio with USB port and SD card reader. From the living area takes you to the partially covered and furnished in the style bathrooms and furnished terrace (south facing) with 2 additional sunbeds.
