The stylishly furnished 2-room apartment on the first floor offers approximately 58 m² space for 3 people. If required, a cot can be added sets. The equipment is suitable for allergic persons with wipeable flooring. All windows have exterior shutters.

The living room features large floor to ceiling windows with access to the balcony. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a hi-fi stereo system are available. The bed can be easily converted into a comfortable and wholesome sleeping of 1.25 m width.

Integrated in the living room is a fully equipped kitchenette. It has a ceramic hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Tableware and household articles are of course plentiful.

The beds in the bedroom have a comfortable height.
